Great Sexual Positions Most Women Prefer

Let's face reality; women don't think that reaching orgasm is a lucky shot in the dark anymore -- nowadays, they want their juices to flow and they want it now. Today's sex tip will help every man learn about some of the great sexual positions that most women prefer. And sorry guys, on her knees performing fellatio didn't make the cut.

More often than not, women are assertive and no longer behave like quiet little mice when it comes to sexual scenarios. Actually, the fact that most guys try so hard (there's that play on words again) to get their women to achieve orgasm is quite evident of this fact.

The following are five sexual positions that many women enjoy. So the next time you're about to get down to the nitty-gritty with your woman, try the following positions and ensure that she receives some great orgasmic pleasure.

Private lap dance

Some women love being on top when it comes to sex. Why? It's all about control, and having the liberty of getting herself off is quite tantalizing. If she likes, she can give herself a clitoral or G-spot orgasm, or even both (with your help, of course).

If she lies on top of you and sways back and forth, pressing against your pubic bone, then she's aiming for the clitty climax. If she remains erect but leans forward, resting her weight on her hands while she goes up and down in a constant motion, get ready because she's doing her G-thing.

Then again, there are those multi-talented women that are able to take a man deep inside their vagina, swivel their hips as though they're dancing, and all the while, they periodically squeeze their Kegel muscles. This drives me... I mean men wild.

An even crazier position involves her squatting -- she kneels on her feet and only her vagina and your penis are connected (literally). This is quite an enticing position for both parties involved, although she must have stamina to keep it up.

The best thing about having your woman on top is that you get to watch her enjoy and pleasure herself with your body. You get to watch as she reaches immeasurable orgasmic heights while your hands are free to rub, hold, scratch, and maneuver her taut body.

Comfort zone

Believe it or not, lots of women love the missionary position. Yes, now I know that this position is considered to be the flannel pajamas of sex, but sex doesn't always have to involve swinging from the chandeliers and rough play.

Sometimes women (and even men, believe it or not) want to make "body love," which involves a whole lot more than just a vagina, breasts and a penis. There's eye contact, body massaging, and silent communication -- women love feeling like they're at the center of a man's world and what better way to show her you love her than to literally make love with her?

You don't have to keep up the typical in-out in-out motions of missionary either. Place a pillow under her buttocks, hold your upper body up with your arms, or even hold her butt with your hands (and she can do the same) -- all the while maneuvering as though you're dancing inside her body.

Stand at erection

Although chances are that you won't last for very long in this position (I know I always lose control), an orgasm (or two) is virtually guaranteed for her with this one. Have her sit up on a countertop, tabletop, washing machine, sink -- any surface that'll have her at the perfect thrust position.

Standing in front of her while she's spread eagle (legs open), plunge yourself inside. Because you're going deep within her, it's sure to cause you to reach climax somewhat quickly. As well, you'll be tapping her G-spot at a constant pace and you may even get her to ejaculate all over your member.

Also, since you're out of the bedroom, it adds an element of intrigue and excitement for both of you. Sometimes, even women want to get to the orgasm part of lovemaking rather than have elaborate "last forever" sex. So read your partner's messages and if she's in the mood to reach immediate heights of pleasure, then give the lady what she wants.

Spooning it

While she's lying down on her side with her back facing you, you can let yourself inside her from behind. The great thing about this position is that you can hug her, whisper dirty little things in her ear, rub her breasts, feel the silhouette of her body, and kiss, suck and lick her neck and back.

Also, you can vary this position: she can turn her body so that her legs go over yours (her feet are in front of your butt) and she can look at you while you penetrate her at will. This position, as well as the "spoon," is not intended to be fast-paced, but rather slow and rhythmic.

The great thing about this position is that it allows for slow maneuvering and makes women feel like you're enjoying their entire body rather than just the sexualized parts. Even if she can't stand doggy style, she'll still love this position.

Stoop doggy dog

Come on, you knew this one was coming. Many women enjoy this position very much because it allows the man to penetrate them fully. As well, you can cup her body by leaning forward and holding her whilst keeping a constant rhythm.

To add variety to this position, let her lie almost flat on the bed while you remain in the same position. This way, you can move at a leisurely pace and even position your body on top of hers to kiss her back. Under no circumstances, however, should you let your weight fall on her, otherwise you'll be doing it doggy with the blowup doll in your closet.

Can Chocolate Affect Your Sex Life?

From the time the first coca beans were harvested by the Mayans, there has been the belief that chocolate has a euphoric impact on the body’s senses. The conquistadores saw the Emperor Montezuma of the Aztecs consuming a large quantity of cocoa in the form of a beverage called chocolatl before entering his harem. The invading Spaniards spread the Emperor’s belief that cocoa was an aphrodisiac and brought it to Europe. This belief was also shared by one of history’s most famous lovers, Giacomo Casanova.

Since then, the use of chocolate as part of the mating ritual has been firmly established. . More recently it has been shown that not only does chocolate increase the sexual appetite but also produces a sense of elation similar to an orgasm.

It has only been in recent times that scientists have unravelled chocolate’s psychotropic properties and the effects it has on us. Chocolate has been found to contain modest amounts of the stimulants caffeine and theo-bromine, (much less than in coffee or tea) Chocolate is also known to generate increased levels of serotonin, a chemical naturally produced by the brain, which is known to reduce anxiety. Serotonin is most commonly associated with the effects of marijuana or getting ‘stoned’ (you would have to eat 25lbs of dark chocolate at once to achieve the same effect).

Neither of these properties by themselves provides the connection between eating chocolates and heightened sexual pleasure. It is in fact the rush of endorphins produced by eating chocolates, particularly dark chocolates, which is most similar to the bliss associated with a healthy sexual relationship. Chocolate also contains phenyl-ethylamine which is known to stimulate the release of dopamine into the pleasure centers commonly associated with an orgasm.

In addition to this scientific evidence, a great deal of behavioral research has been done to study the sexual behavior of women who eat a lot of chocolate and those who don’t. The conclusion of this is that women who consume large quantities of chocolate have more satisfying sex lives. However the reverse correlation could also be assumed where women with satisfying sex lives tend to eat more chocolate.

Despite the fact that the relationship between sex and chocolate can’t be proven with 100% certainty, the scientific evidence combined with behavioral studies provides a compelling argument for cocoa’s impact on our sexual drive - it is convincing enough for chocolate to have become a part of my daily diet!

You may buy chocolate with a high cocoa content which taste better and do not contain extra sugars and oils like candy bars found in most shops। Neuhaus chocolates, is an example of where you can get dark chocolate with a high cocoa content and a resulting surfeit of pleasure. To paraphrase the Song of Solomon, ‘Stay me with flagons and comfort me with chocolates, for I am sick with love’.

Chocolate Gifts with Meaning

Gourmet chocolate gifts can be more then just another gift you give someone, they can contain meaning. Each piece says a little more then the last as it is consumed and enjoyed. Chocolate in itself, when given as a gift, says “I love you”. This is the basis for such holidays as Valentines day, or other special days like anniversaries, or birthdays. They also can be interpreted by the type or filling. Use your imagination and create something special between you and a loved one. A unique tradition, or perhaps a hidden meaning that only exists between you two. The beauty of chocolate is that not only is it awesome to eat, but since its so popular and accepted that it can create a bond, feeling, mood, or something just special that didn’t exist before.

There are some holidays practically built around chocolate. Valentines is one of these holidays. The whole idea behind Valentines Day is that it’s focused on love. Chocolate is consumed en’mass on valentines, and tons of chocolate gifts are given. The classic heart shaped box of chocolates and a bouquet of flowers completes the ensemble that shows your special someone your true feelings. The gifts, a date, and a kiss and the day is complete.

Other occasions for chocolate are many. Some possibilities are:

  1. Christmas. There are many themed chocolates that appear around this time of year.
  2. Easter. Chocolate bunnies and Easter eggs galore
  3. Thanksgiving. While there is no specific reason for chocolate to be given around this time, it’s certainly an option as a show of hospitality for being invited over.
  4. Weddings. Chocolate says love and weddings are love. That says it all right there.

What about the many days in-between all these events? Should all that chocolate just sit idly by? Cravings come, a desire to snack, or you perhaps just feel like it, whatever the reason any time is a good time to go buy some। With the recent discovery that chocolate has health benefits, there is no guilt involved.

Aprodisiacs -- Food To Turn You On

People have been adventurous in love, and with aphrodisiacs, for as long as our history has been recorded. In every land we continue to create love recipes to entice and seduce the opposite sex, and to enhance our performance in the act itself.

Although the reasons for attraction and desire are almost as much a mystery today as they were in ancient times, we do know that the spur for sexual desire begins in the brain - in the hypothalamus, which also governs our appetites for food and drink.

The sea is one of the major sources of life. It is therefore no surprise that most sea creatures have the elements to form an aphrodisiac.

All shellfish, the strongest aphrodisiacs, contain phosphorus, calcium, iodine, iron, vitamin B and glycophosphates, basic essentials for an aphrodisia

All oily fish, such as salmon, tuna, shark, eel, herring, mackerel and sardines, and many forms of white fish, including sole and turbot, contain phosphorus, calcium and vitamins A, B and D, important elements in a variety of aphrodisiac treats.

Oysters have always been highly prized for their delicate flavour and there is much debate as to
whether the native (also known as flat) oyster or the gigas (also known as Pacific or rock oyster) is superior। Traditionalists choose the native, but increasingly more people are recognising and enjoying the gigas, not least for its juicy, plump texture.

In the last 50 years, aphrodisiac food has been changing radically, along with our attitudes towards love and how to perform

Gone is the belief that men need rare steaks both to arouse desire and to keep up their stamina Instead, Europeans turn to more subtle meats, although they are not necessarily to be found in the supermarke.t

Bunderfleisch, for example, made in the Swiss mountains with a secret formula using mountain herbs and white wine, creates surprisingly sudden strength, and pastrami can do the same. Parma ham, delicious with green figs, is also good for providing instant energy. Lachsschinken (called Filet de Saxe in France) with Roquefort cheese was often eaten by Casanova before his famous conquests.

Vegetarians should also take heart. Peas, broad beans, radishes, artichokes, lettuce, leeks and onions are all confirmed as having aphrodisiacal properties. The Greeks noticed that onions “dim the eyes and excite amatory propensities” but also that even the onion “will do you no good if you have no strength yourself.”

Asparagus, an aristocrat among vegetables, still grows in its wild form along the sandy coasts of France, in Greece and profusely on the Russian Steppes.

Witte goud (white gold), the seasonal asparagus of Brabant and Limburg - sturdy white shoots towering above their foreign cousins - has become the favourite Dutch treat.

“Asparagus seems to work magic on the Dutch taste buds,” says Joop van Zantvort, owner of Auberge de Koets in ‘s-Hertogenbosh, where a new asparagus menu is offered daily in season (May and June).

Fruit delights the senses in many ways. Figs, like oysters, need nothing but their own inimitable qualities. The pale golden quince was said to be the original apple which lured Eve, while the serpent that tempted Eve hid in a bunch of bananas. Banana blossom also appears in Filipino recipes as an aphrodisiac.

Good sex needs plenty of energy. Raw food processes far more minerals and vitamins than cooked food
For a better sex life, eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and drink ginseng tea। Al fresco food - a watermelon on a hot day or piping hot soup washed down with malt whisky in the depths of winter - make an equally memorable and appropriate meal. The primitive pleasure of eating with one’s fingers is itself a sensual experience.

Aphrodisiac

An aphrodisiac is an agent which increases sexual desire or sexual arousal. The name comes from the Greek goddess of Sensuality Aphrodite.

Throughout history, many foods, drinks and behaviors have had a reputation for making sex more attainable and/or pleasurable, though from a historical and scientific standpoint, many have had their desired results simply because their users have chosen to believe they will be effective (the placebo effect). Medical science has not substantiated claims that any particular food increases sexual desire or performance.

Some aphrodisiacs appear to gain their reputation from the principles of sympathetic magic, e.g. oysters, due to their shape. This also explains the trade in the phallic-looking horn of the rhinoceros, which is endangering this animal. Other animal-based aphrodisiacs gain their reputation from the apparent virility or aggressiveness of the animal source — such as tiger penis — also endangering the species.
